Rukivo is a local services marketplace where clients and providers agree on the job in their own language. Create a provider profile, describe each service in a listing and publish it after moderation.
How to get started

Sign in or sign up. One account works for both a client and a provider.
Create your provider profile
Enter a display name, an optional short description about you and the languages you communicate in.
Describe a service
The wizard has five steps: service and category, territory and work format, price, description with photos of your work, review. The draft is saved as you go, so you can leave and come back.
Send it for review
Nothing becomes public until the listing is approved. The price can be fixed, per hour, per unit or set after an assessment.
Manage your listings
Edit, pause or archive listings and follow requests and chats in the provider workspace.
How moderation works
Every listing is reviewed by Rukivo staff before publication. A reviewer can approve it, ask for changes with a reason, or reject it.
When you edit a published listing, the approved version stays public until the new version is approved.
Moderation checks the content of the listing. It is not a check of your qualifications, licences or permits, and a published listing does not confirm them.
Rukivo PRO (optional)
PRO is an optional paid plan for provider accounts. A listing can be published without it.

Price: 3 EUR for the first month, then 9 EUR per month.
On the web you pay through WayForPay in UAH at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the day the quote is issued. Each month is prepaid separately and does not renew automatically.
PRO is not a qualification or a quality mark. It does not confirm your skills, does not guarantee clients and does not replace moderation.

Questions
Do I need a separate account to offer services?
No. You sign in with your Rukivo account and create a provider profile in the workspace.
Which languages can I use?
In your profile you choose the languages you communicate in. The site is available in Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and English.
Does Rukivo check my qualifications?
Moderation reviews the content of the listing before publication. Qualifications, licences and permits are not checked, and a listing does not confirm them.
Does PRO bring clients?
No. PRO adds a badge, a WhatsApp button and advanced statistics. It does not guarantee clients or requests.
How is PRO paid for?
3 EUR for the first month, then 9 EUR per month, charged in UAH at the National Bank of Ukraine rate through WayForPay. Payment is prepaid, with no automatic renewal.
