What Rukivo is

Searching and browsing listings does not require payment. The optional PRO plan adds extra tools for providers.

Moderation, PRO and verification

Listings are moderated before they appear. That is not a certification of skills or a guarantee of the result, so read the profile and agree on the terms before work starts.

Payments and responsibility

You agree on the price and terms with the provider directly. Rukivo does not take payment for the work and does not guarantee it.

Areas and coverage

The area list in search shows what is available now. How many listings you find depends on what providers have published, and some areas or categories may have none yet.

Rukivo started as a pilot in Tenerife. An area counts as available only if it appears in the search area list; planned areas are not current coverage, and a page mentioning a place does not mean providers work there.

Languages

The Rukivo interface is available in Spanish, English, German, Russian and Ukrainian; Spanish is the default. The interface language is not the language a provider speaks: use the language filter on listings.

Contact

Contact happens inside Rukivo: you send a request to the provider and the conversation stays in your account. Rukivo does not publish a support phone number or email on this page.

Editorial policy

Guides are published only after editorial approval; drafts and unreviewed texts are not public.
