# How Rukivo works

A catalog of local services. Providers publish listings; you search by service, area and language and write to them through Rukivo.

## Four steps

1. Choose a service and area. Pick a category or type what you need, then narrow it down by area and language.

2. Read the real terms. Open a listing to see the services, languages, price and conditions as the provider describes them.

3. Write to the provider. Send a request. The conversation stays in one place in your account.

4. Agree on the details. Confirm the scope, time and price in the chat before the work starts.

## Check language and area

The Rukivo interface is available in Spanish, English, German, Russian and Ukrainian; Spanish is the default. The interface language is not the language a provider speaks: use the language filter on listings.

The area list in search shows what is available now. How many listings you find depends on what providers have published, and some areas or categories may have none yet.

## Payment and terms

You agree on the price and terms with the provider directly. Rukivo does not take payment for the work and does not guarantee it.

Listings are moderated before they appear. That is not a certification of skills or a guarantee of the result, so read the profile and agree on the terms before work starts.
